When a patient replies to an SMS message the phone icon displays with the reply. If we then have to change that appointment, can we delete the phone icon as the reply is no longer relevant to the new appointment.?
I rang smartsoft with that question just a little while ago. Once your patient has been rescheduled, you have to open the patient's file, go to events, highlight the row with their reply and click "delete". This will remove the telephone icon from the rescheduled appointment. It's not something that happens automatically, although I think it is something that should.
