Hi there. I would like to suggest a way to mark a patient as Did Not Attend, especially in a group booking to make the group change colour to completed. We occasionally have the problem where billing in the group can be missed (we have 20-30 therapists & 70+ groups per week). I would like at the end of the day to look at the screen and see all marked as completed to ensure all billing has been done.

I created an appointment status that says Did Not Attend and made it a different colour to normal tags.   This helps so practitioners are mark the client DNA and we bill appropriately the next day.  This has reduced the need to follow up with practitioners (some only work part-time and different locations) and has reduced the clients queries at the end of the term with statements. 

We also have one for cancelled under 24hours (as we charge a cancellation fee).
