Can we change the font colour for the appointments on the appointment book so that they appear as a specific colour depending on their practitioner?  i.e. Patients of Dr.mInns would all have navy font and patients of Dr.Lepore would all have Purple font?

Hi MC.,
You can set up different "appointment types" for each practitioner - this will change the *appearance* of their appointments on the calendar, though not the fonts per se.
Hope this helps.  J.

Hi Mandurah Chiropractic,

Further to Joyaa’s point, when editing an Appointment Type, you can specify the Text colour. This would allow you to create multiple Appointment Types with different font colours to be assigned to your practitioners.

From a Practitioner’s file you can set the Default Appointment Type so that the font colour will be individualised automatically for you.

Thanks for this Steven.
We made the changes since you commented but we are still having some issues.
If our patients book an appointment with another practitioner when theirs is not available then that is when the colours are not defaulting to their preferred practitioner.
If we book the appointment using right click, make next appointment then it defaults correctly. But if we manually add an appointment by searching for the patients name then it doesn't automatically remember.
Hope this makes sense,

Also, is there a warning message that can flag up when a patient is booked in with another practitioner to their own?
