DVA taxi Request

Is there any way of setting up Front desk to send a DVA taxi request from within the patient file

Hi guys. Are you asking for Front Desk to order a taxi? If so, we are not aware of any taxi APIs to call a taxi.

DVA provides taxi transport for some Gold card holders to medical appointments.
Several days before an appointment a practice either faxes or emails the patients Gold card number and appointment details to DVA transport who then arrange the taxi booking. We are  currently faxing our requests.
The problem with this method is there appears to be only one fax machine at DVA, the result being it takes many attempts to send the fax, so we would like to change from this method.
A button in the patients file that could send an email with the patients information to DVA transport would be a great feature.
