Hi, Love the new feature to email cancellation notification to practitioner, but there appears to be an error in the email message. It isn't correctly listing the next appointment date, just "Next Appointment: You do not have any future appointments with this patient" every time.
When you update Front Desk you need to check if you also need to update the version of your dependant web applications like the Web Appoitment Book or Patient Booking Gateway. This information is adjacent to the Front Desk upgrade files in the downloads area. Please login to the upgrades area to download and then install the latest version of the Web Appoiment Book, which I belive will resolve your problem.
