When we use the "Change Appointment" function after reminder emails have been sent, the appointment in the new time slot keeps the email reminder sent status and doesn't get captured in the emails to remind the patient of their new appointment. I'm not sure if this is all the time or only from group appointments, where it occurred on this occasion.
Would be ideal if this could be rectified or at least the ability to remove the reminder sent status was available (even though this obviously involves manual steps and isn't preferable)
