Emails always fail to Bigpond Accounts, any solution to this? Our clientele are older & many still have bigpond accounts. We try to send email confirmations as are our daily patient load is in the hundreds - it is not viable to send SMS confirmations, due to the cost.
Hi Kelly. Front Desk does not have any inherent restrictions on who you can send emails to as it uses your own email provider settings to send email. We suspect that this issue lies with your email provider. We recommend contacting your email provider or IT professional to discuss why you are unable to send email to Bigpond clients. Generally, you can either send emails or not send emails based on your configuration. Some email providers have some limitations on sending group emails, such as rate limiting. If you can identify the issue with your email provider, we would be happy to help you with your options.
