Is there any way when emailing a client we can attach multiple files on front desk?
It would be very useful so then we would not have to email multiple times with different attachments

Hi ARP. Thank you for your post.

Front Desk already supports multiple attachments when sending emails.

If you are attempting to email attachments from the Attachments tab on a patient’s file, you can select multiple attachments by holding down the SHIFT or CTRL key and then selecting one or more attachments. Once the attachments you want to send are selected, you can then click the Email button as normal.

If you are in the Front Desk email editor, you can also select multiple attachments by simply holding down the SHIFT or CTRL key when making your selections prior to clicking the Open button. Note that the files to be attached need to be in the same directory.

Hi Timothy,
There are occasions when there are different attachments required that are not uploaded to Front desk. If these documents are not save in the same spot Front desk will not allow to upload multiples.  Also if I am emailing an appointment schedule and need to insert something else the appointment schedule will not save in the email attachment.

Is it possible to do the same for printing multiple items?

Sometimes need to do this for a patient history pack as part of a doctor's, Workcover, TAC etc report pack.
