Emergency Button

Have you thought of introducing an emergency button to Smartsoft. Some sort of panic button that can alert reception staff is the practitioner is feeling uncomfortable, in a potentially troubling situation, or have a disgruntled patient in their treatment room? We all hope that this will never ever have to be used, but would be nice for employee reassurance.

This is such a great Idea!  I think it would be great for the reception staff to be able to use as well, a lot of the time they are also stuck in confronting situations...

As a suggestion, could it be a button within the Front Desk Messenger that could send a message to all users like the following? 

This will also allow the message be delivered to staff using the Front Desk Messenger on iPhone and iPad.

Followed by a CODE which means something particular. EG: Code H (for harrassment) Code DD (drug/drink affected) Code S (sexual harrassment) Not too many different codes and maybe they could be colour coded?
At least being more specific, we know what we are dealing with.
