export clinical notes as csv / xml for transfer

Hi Folks, does anyone know if there is a way to export clinical notes as csv, xls or xml for transfer?

A practitioner is moving clinics and needs to take clinical notes for their patients with them?

Hi Eric. It is not possible to export Front Desk clinical notes to CSV, XLS or XML format due to the complexity of the data contained in a clinical note. This includes font formatting/styling, images, charts, check boxes, drop down lists, attachments etc. We do have alternative options for exporting clinical notes, generally to PDF format.
