Extra Date Format option in frontdesk documents needed

Using Frontdesk documents - not MSWord - I want to be able to have the date in the format
"27 November 2015". This option doesn't appear available from the formatting menu and if I override the formatting with dd mmmm yyyy it still does not produce the desired date format.
Can we either get this as a standard format option or can someone give me the correct format I need to type into our templates so we aren't having to waste time correcting the date on every letter please

Hi David

This is certainly possible, although it requires a slight addition to the default formatting options.

After creating a new Standard Letter , first we need to enable the Standard Letter Tags from the View menu.

This will show all the available Standard Letter Tags on the right of the screen.

Double-clicking on one of these tags will insert it into the document. As you have found, after highlighting a letter tag you can also adjust the formatting at the bottom of the list, then click Insert.

If you select a formatting option close to what you are after, you can add additional characters where needed to extend the output text, or adjust the formatting in general.

In your example Date(dd-mmm-yyyy) is quite close to your needs, so we can adjust it to include an extra 'm' to extend the month output, and replace the dashes (-) with spaces.

Then click Insert to add the completed tag to our document.

Please be sure you make your formatting edits in the Formatting field, before clicking Insert. Changes made after inserting won't change the result.

I hope this helps.
