Front Desk Messenger: ability to copy and paste a message

Hi All,
Question: Is it possible to copy a message from FD Messenger, then paste it back into Messenger to a different user?
Issue: Sometimes a user will send a message to another user, only to discover they have messaged the wrong person. It would be handy to copy the first message, select the correct user, then paste the message into Messenger to re-send.

Hi, you certainly can.

Right mouse click on the message you wish to copy...it will say copy message (click on that). Paste back into the messenger box and re-send to the correct user.

Hi, such a great suggestion! I tried to right click on the mouse however it did not work. Any other suggestions? Thank you, Cindy.

Hi Cindy

The feature that allows the copying of messages is available in the latest version of Front Desk. If you are running an earlier version you may need to upgrade first.

Hi Cindy - HFC's suggestion works for me - I am running 16.9.13.

Thanks HFC, and thanks Andrew.
