Just downloaded the app, it's giving "gobbledygook" notifications when I open messenger and is closing the app if I don't use it after around 30 seconds?? Nor is the app or the computer messenger showing individual users??

Hi Kat. Did you upgrade to the latest version of Front Desk as per the instruction guide?

I note that your practice is running version 16.9.4 of Front Desk. Please upgrade to Front Desk version 16.9.9 for the app to work correctly.

Hi Timothy, sorry, I did see that instruction and tried to check what version we were using by clicking the help button (thought it used to show up there??).  Just closed the program and re-opened, we're on 16.9.4. Will an upgrade fix those issues? Thanks..Kat

Hello Timothy, is there an additional fee for this service?  I have just upgraded our software so we have the latest version but want to check the charges before proceeding. Thanks, Jennie

Of course! You can setup all of your users (or only the users you wish) to have access to the iOS application. Further, for best practice, all users should be using their own Front Desk login (i.e. not sharing the Admin or a general 'reception' login).

These users will be able to send and receive messages across all their devices: on their iPhone and or iPad, as well as the traditional desktop Messenger.

Hi Celia

There are no plans for an Android version at this time. We are monitoring the uptake and the interest in the iOS version first.
