Future Billing Invoice Numbers | Smartsoft Community

There seems to be a problem with the way the accounting system now handles Future Billing. When we process the items from a future bill to make them current, a different invoice number is assigned to each item. This created a bit of havoc for our podiatrist today.

Hi, can you please open up a support case using this link so that we can better understand your concerns regarding Future Billing.

Our belief is that each request for a payment, as they become due, should be a separate invoice for best accounting practices, which the new billing system supports.
