Good morning, is there any way that you can copy and paste a casual note? If not, could this possibly be added in the next update please?

Yes. If you right click on "edit appointment" when hovering over the casual appointment, the text will appear highlighted. You can then hit "ctrl" + "c" (copy). When you make a new casual appointment, hit "ctrl" + "v" (paste). You can paste as many times as you like until you copy something else.

So just to clarify this is just copying and pasting the description. You still have to start a new casual note and add any notes each time? There is no way to just copy the whole casual note and paste it?

I just do it as  a copy and paste of the description, but if anyone else knows of any other way, please share.

Hi Mel

If you right-click on a casual appointment, you can select 'Copy to Clipboard' to copy the description.  If you then create a new casual appointment you can quickly paste and repeat.

It isn't currently possible to duplicate a casual appointment as a whole, but I will convert this conversation to an Idea so people can 'Like' your suggestion and we can gauge interest in adding the feature.

I hope this helps.

Hi Andrew - I'd like this. Sometimes it is nice to be able to copy a casual appointment - not just its "description" - only a limited amount of which appears on the screen - but also the "notes" section. Mel's suggested enhancement would get around this problem nicely.
