HealthEngine Support - Who to contact?

We are receiving requests from clients for support regarding appointments made in Front Desk by the HealthEngine interface. Our position on this is as follows: 

  • HealthEngine is a third-party software provider and is not associated with Smartsoft
  • HealthEngine has developed, independently of Smartsoft, an online booking interface for the Front Desk system
  • Smartsoft has had no involvement in the development of this interface
  • Smartsoft helpdesk/technical support is unable to provide assistance for issues related to appointments made by the HealthEngine interface
