Thank you for your kind words.

We actually have so much to tell everyone :)  Front Desk is an extensive product with 100's of functions, which have been developed over many years.  Most of our clients only use a small subset of these functions to run their practices.  Which group of functions are used is different from user to user, so it has been hard for us to communicate how users should be using the system other than the basic functionality required by all practices.  

What we want to do is start sharing with the community the one-to-one conversations we have with users everyday in the hope that they will be helpful to others. Look out for our regular posts and more importantly the posts of our other users.

The community will not replace the need for our clients to contact us directly through our website or on the phone, however it will certainly fill a gap we have been missing.
