Update:
We have received reports that HICAPS / EFTPOS services are now operational. This is in-line with the latest update from the NAB, so we expect the service should be restored for most users.

We have received an increasing number of calls regarding the HICAPS / EFTPOS functionality being unavailable. 

Please note while we have not received any official notice from HICAPS, we believe HICAPS are experiencing technical difficulties as claiming manually on the terminal (outside of Front Desk) is currently not possible.

We have attempted to contact HICAPS ourselves, however all their lines are busy. At this stage it is a matter of waiting for the issue to be resolved by HICAPS.  There is no problem with the Front Desk software. 

Please contact HICAPS support on 1300 650 852 for more information. This post will also be updated as more information becomes available.
