How do those with multi practitioner practices who are completely digital communicate schedules of care to the front counter?

Hi all, our multi practitioner chiropactic practice is fully digital and we are having discussions over the best way to communicate the patient schedule to the staff at the front counter. We don't want the front desk staff to have to open the clinical notes to find it (too time consuming), Messenger is not an option (too many practitioners) and we use the pop up warnings for other things (and thought it might get confusing).  We would love to hear how other practices have found successful options for this communication.  Thanks in advance

Hi Judy - we do use Messenger, and just have the therapists (we have massage, podiatry and physio) put their initials after the message, seeing as they all log in as "therapist". Maybe you could try that, have your therapists put their names and/or initials after the message? Good luck!

We get the Therapists to write it in the warnings section of the notes tab.  That way it pops up when we click on the client
