Hi,
We would like to determine which shift is the busiest (i.e. least empty space) each week for each practitioner.

Is there a way to do this?

Cheers

Hi Barbara

The Time Management Report is the closest report to what you are looking for. This report provides a breakdown of the time each practitioner has spent consulting per appointment type or item code for the practice.

The Time Management Report can be found under the Reports menu.

This doesn't allow for class bookings as only gives the hour the class is held - not the number of people in it.  Assuming these classes were full.

It also doesnt tell us the times the are open and how many spaces were empty.

It only gives you a total number of hours worked.

Hi Sharon

I understand that the time management report doesn't do exactly what you want. We can create a custom report for you, which provides the exact details you require on a consulting basis. Please feel free to enquire about this service through the link below:

Thanks for your reply, Steven, but the Time Management report does not give us the information we are looking for.

It would be more helpful if the Time Management report included fields to specify the time of day. That way we could search between say 8am and 12noon on a specified day.
