I would like to know how to find out what a practitioner's patient return is? Is this possible?

I'm a practice manager, and looking to try and figure out if our patients are returning after their initial visit, and the rate at which this happens or doesn't. Is this possible?

Hi Vanessa. Thank you for your post. We will be developing a patient average consult report in the near future that will provide this information. The report will allow you to view all patients that have had an initial consult between a date range and then show the number of subsequent consultations/treatments and their last consult/treatment date. The report will also provide an average number of consults/treatments per patient for the practitioner/group selected. We are currently busy working on the Xero integration, but we expect this should be out within the first half of this year.

We have produced custom reports in the past along these lines, but requirements for this type of report differ from practice to practice. We can produce a report based on your requirements but you will be looking at a charge for 1 - 2 hours of consulting time. Please contact our Business Care team for further information on 1800 18 18 20 and dial 2 after the prompt.
