I have previously used Visitbase software and found its reporting options fantastic for finding information quickly and easily regarding patients - this was especially useful for different marketing and clinic insights, without having to spend hours manually searching for the information.
Unfortunately the capabilities of Frontdesk in providing more specific data about a patient in their reports is limited.
E.g. Birthday cards - we would search for patients who have attended within the last 12 months and spent over a certain amount of money in the clinic. We would be able to run the report showing the $ spent data in the results.
E.g. We want to track overall changes within the clinic. What was the first date of visit of those who have attended in the last year?
It seems that a lot of the first part of the report needed can be achieved on Frontdesk at the moment, however if you could select the data that appeared in the results (more than name, phone & address).
