Today, we’ve introduced support for images when sending SMS Add-to-Calendar on support devices, including the latest iOS and Samsung Galaxy devices.
An image now appears with your logo (if setup) in SMS appointment reminders sent using the Add-To-Calendar links. If your logo has not been setup, a default image appears (see below).

We believe that this is a great way for your appointment reminder to stand out and to increase the chances of the patient adding the appointment into their personal calendar. Best of all, the image does not form part of the SMS character count and so it does not incur any additional charges.
If you would like to add a custom image to your account, please submit your logo here: http://smartsoft.com.au/smslogo/
Further, from Front Desk version 18.1.4 (to be released tomorrow) we have shortened the text included in SMS sent with Add-To-Calendar links by 7 characters to help users try and squeeze into one SMS credit.
