Injured Body Part Selection in PBG

We have issues with patients not putting in what type of body part they would like treated on PBG in the 'notes for practice' section. I was thinking whether maybe after they select which Health Service they will be coming for that another window pops up before selecting a practitioner that has options like: Right Leg, Left Leg, Neck, Upper Back etc just keep it simple but then we would have an idea what they are coming for without having to make a follow up call which defeats the purpose of having PBG.
