Introducing Front Desk Insights

We are excited to announce Front Desk Insights, a new reporting dashboard that allows users to create customisable widgets and present their practice management data as graphs, tables and KPI metrics. This online application is available to Front Desk users at no cost and provides live business intelligence, offering clear and flexible feedback on day-to-day business operations.

Front Desk Insights will be released tomorrow along with new versions of Front Desk and the Web Appointment Book.

Thank you so much for developing insights!!  I have just set up our KPI dashboards and not only is it a great graphical interface for visual people like myself, but it's going to save management time in exporting and manipulating data.  Instead, it's all right there updated in real time and presented in an easily understandable format.

One suggestion I have so far is for grouping of appointment types.  Our practice has a different new patient appointment type for each location as the therapists like things to be colour coded by location rather than appointment type, so if I could group all of the "new patient" appointments that would be great for reporting.

Really looking forward to seeing what new widgets are coming!

Hi Renee. Thank you for your feedback on the Insights Dashboard. Over the years we've added item code and reporting groups, and we see appointment type groups as a logical progression of this. We've added this to our development to include in a future upgrade :)
