Hi Tim,
How do I get Frontdesk to use the existing Physitrack patient account? When I go to a patient's clinical notes of a patient who has an existing Physitrack account and exercise program, then click on the Physitrack button, it creates a new account for them.
Also, I've also since deleted the new account but now when I click on the Physitrack button in the patient's file, it loads up Physitrack but says "First name can't be blank, Last name can't be blank".

Hi Justin. Once the integration is set up, any new patients that you add through the Front Desk integration will be created in Physitrack. Any patients that you have already added manually to Physitrack are unknown to Front Desk and at this stage the Physitrack API does not support linking them to an existing patient in a practice management system.
We don't recommend deleting patients in Physitrack that are linked to a patient file in Front Desk, as the link will be lost. If you can open a support case we can provide assistance on this occasion. In a future upgrade, we will introduce better handling if this scenario occurs.

Hi Tim, can you please confirm if a practitioner has multiple locations, and therefore multiple instances of Practitioner in Front Desk, do they require a Physitrack licence each? The user guide states that it is per Practitioner so I'm assuming I'm correct. All of our physios practice in multiple locations so for 6 active physiotherapists (users), we have 14 Practitioners because of multiple locations.

Hi Andrea. For clinical notes purposes, practitioners generally login with one user account, which is linked to a single practitioner file at one location. This is the practitioner file that is generally used to record clinical notes and the one that will be used for Physitrack purposes.
In the case that you do want to login as a different user at different locations, we are happy to setup the same Physitrack API key for the same practitioner working at different locations, however we don't think this is necessary in your case.
