We are having the same issues. None of our patients have the Invoice/Statement box able to be ticked. Unfortunately the wrong invoices are getting paid off at times if they both refer to the same treatment day as there is no way of telling which invoice number is which.
Thanks for the reply. I actually can't find ANY payment screens on our system that allow me to tick the box. They all look like this:
