Is it possible to set up an automatic alert once any client on the data base has not booked an appointment after a specific period of time, say 3 months?

Hi Ash. It is possible to have an alert appear when you are booking an appointment for a patient who hasn't been in for X amount of months.

This can be setup in System Information > Appointment Book > Warnings and enable the following setting:

When you attempt to book an appointment for a qualifying patient, you will then get the following alert:

I hope this helps :)

This is helpful if the client re-engages to make another appointment time but if they don't is there a report that can be generated of clients that have not had an appointment since a certain date?

Hi Kirra. There certainly is a report that will help in this scenario. The Active/Inactive Patients report will allow you to set a date range e.g. patients who had a transaction in the first half of this year, but have not been to the practice since

You can then print or preview the list of matching patients, export the list to Excel, email or SMS them directly from Front Desk, and even establish a marketing campaign to these clients through our MailChimp integration feature.
