Is there a feature to alert me or management when a particular patient makes an appointment?
Some patients have special needs and it would be very handy to have an alert or message sent to us just before their appointment time so we can set-up.
Sometimes just looking at the appointment book doesn't show them up, especially if they only book just before coming in.

Hi Lynda. There's no specific feature that will alert a staff member when a certain patient makes an appointment, though you could look at adding a warning to the notes tab of the patient file to advise this. This would require staff to contact the practitioner to pass on the message.
