There appears to be an error with deleting appointments. When
in a patients file and you go to appointments and then click on a future
appointment, then click delete on the right-hand side: it prompts you to confirm
‘record as cancelled’, ‘email cancellation and ‘set recall’. There have been
numerous occasions where it appears the appointment is deleted but ends up
still being there when the patients file is opened and checked. This is often accompanied
by a ‘An unknown error has occurred’ – which can also be delayed. It is also currently impossible to delete numerous future appointments as it causes the system to freeze.
