Just wondering whether anyone has had any issues with their medicare site license expiring

Looking to see what has occurred with others when their 5 year Medicare site license expired.  Sense our frustration when we logged on the send off accounts to medicare and DVA to have a warning advising us that our license had expired.  We have now been waiting 2 weeks for a new one.  And the outstanding billing is adding up... 

Medicare has told us conflicting versions of what should happen.  Initially we were informed we should have been warned in writing from Medicare and yesterday we were advised that the Software would have had a warning.  

Has anyone had any experience with this change of license?

Yes, we received a letter from medicare by mail to apply for a new one.

I can confirm that these certificates are managed by Medicare, and they should be notifying you if they are due to expire in the near future.

It is possible to check your expiry date through Front Desk from the Medicare Online tab of System Information as below, but we don't send a warning or notification as Medicare themselves handle the issuing of certificates.
