Letters in Word / PDF

1. Linking with Microsoft programs like Word - currently we have to copy and paste to another document to be able to send a letter on. I know you can save the template as an RTF file, but when filling in and saving to Front Desk it goes back to FD Document format. Is there a way to keep it as a Word doc?

2. Can we get our logo / letterhead put onto a PDF Dr's letter that we save so that when we email it to a doctor they have our brand in front of them?

Great thinking, in addition, it would be great if letter templates could be saved as both Word AND pdf files- handy when emailing to patients.

I really like the idea of this being done in a way that would save on space.  Graphics for some letterheads can be very space-consuming, and a neat way of being able to upload a logo to a "place" in the system - whether for each practitioner or the clinic as a whole - and then add it to the letter it in a way that I guess would be comparable to a letter-tag, could be very efficient and handy.
The osteopaths within our multi-disciplinary team have some 20 letter templates available to them, and storing the "letterhead" in a single place would be titillatingly handy (!) - especially if one team member changes and we can change the logo in one place instead of about 20.
