Hi Bayside Family Chiropractic
You can check your SMS credit balance by going to File > System Information > SMS and selecting the Get Balance button. Front Desk will also warn you when you have gone below a specified balance if you have the Notify when balance is option enabled.
If you are sending manual SMS reminders you also have a Get Balance button on the send screen.
For users of automated SMS, a message will appear on the Appointment Book in the Messages area when your balance has reached the notification level. For more information on automated SMS, please see this article:
