Lock screen & signing out

Are there any settings available for Front Desk to automatically lock after a certain period of inactivity, e.g. after 30 minutes of no use?

Also, can the system admin remotely log a user out if they have forgotten to do so (and not shut down the computer)?

This would be very useful. Particularly with a large number of part time practitioners if one forgets to logout then a licence can effectively be quarantined for 5 days.

Hi Rachel. In the past, we have not supported automatic log offs and terminating of user sessions within Front Desk as we are concerned with the possibility of losing unsaved work. At this time, sessions can be closed in multi-user operating environments through the operating system, which may require the involvement of your IT professional. We are open to feedback on the matter from the Community.

I agree that an Administrator should be able to log-off a User remotely. We have the situation where some of our users log-on from home and also from a part-time location - if they forget to log off it means we cant use 1 of our liscences - sometime for days.
