Massage therapist with different provider numbers on the accounts

We have Massage therapists who need to provide different provider numbers on the accounts for different funds. I have entered all the details in practitioner information and select the fund in the clients file in the 'additionals' tab but it does not change the provider number on the account relevant to the fund, is there a way around this?

Thanks for posting.

If you have setup an Override Provider Number in the practitioner file, selecting the Health Fund in the Additional tab should be all that's required in most cases. It's possibly something particular to your practitioner file setup, or the patient file itself. Having a linked account, or an override fee category could affect the provider number displayed for example.
