Medicare / DVA Online Claiming: Step-by-Step instructions

I'm training a new receptionist on EPC programs, and I'm looking for step-by-step instructions on:
  • How to set it up an EPC referral in the patients file.
  • How to invoice clients when they attend.
  • How to submit it to Medicare (after payment, and possibly when bulk billing)
  • What to do when the plan expires, and how to create a new plan when we receive another referral
  • How to specify the number of sessions a client is entitled to, and how to keep track of it.

I cannot find any of these instruction in the Smartsoft Frontdesk help file (apart from the Treatment Plan counter).  Do you have a guide?

The Medicare/DVA Online claiming guide, available by clicking here, outlines all the different steps in sending and processing claims.
Regarding adding referring doctor details to an account and setting up treatment plans, see pages 118 and 123 respectively in the Front Desk manual available here.
