Medicare / DVA Payments Report

Just wondering if it was possible on the Medicare/DVA Payments Report to have the actual provider number listed next to the payment rather than just the practitioners initials? It would make it easier to reconcile the payments against the bank deposit reference used which is the run number and provider number.

Hi Regina, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We think this is a good idea as well. Yes, we can include the practitioner's provider number on this report. I have added your request to the development list, and you will see this change in the next couple of pre-release versions.

Hi Regina

We all got a bit lucky because your idea was a good one and was quickly approved. It was also low risk to implement in regards to what else it could affect and we just happened to be releasing a new version this week.

There are up to 6 programmers working on our products at any one time, so we do take the continual ongoing development of our products seriously.  However, we can't implement all suggestions as we need to be discerning with what goes in and what doesn't, as we are responsible for the running of so many practices that all run slightly differently. Over the last 19 years the program has improved with every release partly due to what we don't put in the system.  I think that is the John West motto :) If we are not completely sure - it doesn't go in.

We hope that the user group will put up "ideas" for discussion and that others will "Me Too" them so we can gage the interest in them.  More "Me Too"'s (likes) will certainly raise our interest level and increase the chance of something being included in a future release.

I think this community group will work well once everyone gets the hang of it and begins to like or comment on posts.

Im glad I sent my idea in when I did because it came at great timing and even better it was able to be implemented.

Thankyou
