Do you normally operate FD on a network, or only on a single computer?

Hi Dave

We support several versions of MS SQL server, the database used with Front Desk. It sounds like you have an older installation on the Windows 7 machine. Later full installs of Front Desk use later version of MS SQL as they become available.

Please contact our office tomorrow on 1800 181820 or by opening up a support case
https://www.smartsoft.com.au/support/  and someone will help you upgrade your backup machine.

regards
Tony
