Microsoft 365 – Authentication issues / Unable to access services

Please be aware that Microsoft is currently experiencing issues with their Office 365 email service. Front Desk users that have integration with these services may be unable to authenticate and access their Office 365 accounts.  These users would also be experiencing the same issues in other email clients such as Microsoft Outlook.  Please contact Microsoft for support in regards to this issue.

Update 31-01-2019: This matter appears to be resolved, as the Office 365 status page shows no issues with the service.
