Please be aware that Microsoft is currently experiencing issues with their Office 365 email service. Front Desk users that have integration with these services may be unable to authenticate and access their Office 365 accounts. These users would also be experiencing the same issues in other email clients such as Microsoft Outlook. Please contact Microsoft for support in regards to this issue.
