In the Bill to Third Party - Individual window, is it possible to have the individual's mobile number shown too?

Hi Joyaa

As Tony mentions below, the 'Like' option is available only for certain 'Conversation Types' - Praise, Ideas, Articles and Announcements.

I've just converted this conversation to an Idea, as I feel that was the intention, so you should now see a 'Like' option instead of 'Me Too'.

It's early days, but when everyone gets the hang of using the different conversation types and categories it should become clearer.

Hi Andrew.  Your community and tool so your call.  (I'm trying to think of a situation when someone posts something and a "Me Too" wouldn't imply a "Like".  I can't, so I wonder if having both options in the system tends to confuse more than helps? Anyway, your call).
Best, J.

Hi Joyaa and Trevor thank you for your participation.  Click the "Me Too" on the top(ish) right of the screen.

Thanks Tony.  I tried that but it didn't ~seem~ to work.   Your comment has a 'like' underneath it, so that's easy to click on but Trevor's did not - perhaps because he initiated the thread?

When someone posts, i.e. a Question or Problems you can only "Me Too" the author, which means you also have the same question or problem.  When you click on the 2 above the "Me Too" it confirms that you "Me Too"ed.

You can "like" Ideas, Praise and Articles.

Agh - after all this, I have decided not to "like" this suggestion - sorry Trevor!

We use the "Billing details" tab for information that goes on the client's envelope should we be doing a snail-mail mail out.  We don't need any phone numbers on this tab.   We use the general tab for phone numbers and are happy with this.

Now I need a "Not Me Too" button  ... {grin}

But we sometimes need to contact the patient's billing person, ie the son/daughter of an elderly patient. The landline and fax is on the billing screen but not their mobile. As mobile is becoming the norm, then I see more need for that to be there.

Ah, I see.   Yes we treat lots of paeds (babies, ...) and we put the billing person's phone numbers under the general tab along with and M or D (for whichever parent) next to it, or else the carer's name in the fax box.  Works for us but I can definitely see what you are saying now.
