Not sure if this is my local problem or a FD problem. If I print a document and print 2 or more copies, the next time I print a receipt it also prints 2 or more copies. Does this happen to anyone else?
Front Desk generally allows the printer drivers themselves to control the printing process, so it sounds as though your printer may be remembering the last used settings. A good test for this would be to try printing multiple copies of a Notepad document to the printer in question, then see if the same thing happens there.
