Multiple patient files open at the same time.

We are trialling paperless Pilates and have 3 clients in a class at the same time.  It is very frustrating and time wasting having to open and close each patient file to add their exercise information individually. To have the files open and minimised or all viewed and edit enabled at the same time would be heaps better. Other Pilates venues with different programs make this available.  It may be the make or break decision with going paperless for Pilates.  I am sure the feature would be valuable for use in other circumstances also. Can you PLEASE make this happen?

Hi Julie - I am not sure that I understand your question (so please bear with me) .... you certainly can open up different patient files at the same time. As many as you like, so far as I know. Simply don't close the first, and then click on the little blue-red patient icon to open up a second. And third ...

We do this quite a bit when copy/pasting address details from one family member to another.

Regards, Joyaa

Hi Julie

It is standard to have only one Clinical Note window on screen at any one time, however as Joyaa has mentioned you can switch between patient files as needed.

While the first patient file is still open, you can simply click the Search Patient icon to load the next file then go to Clinical Notes as per normal.

This can be repeated several times to load multiple files, and you can then move between them from the 'Window' menu at the top of the screen.

In your case you could open all 3 files from the group appointment by double-clicking on each one, then swap between them using the same method as above.

I recommend closing the files properly once you are finished with them to keep the list organised, but this workflow should allow you to easily work across multiple patient files.
