Net Promoter Score

Has anyone used the "Net Promoter Score" in seeking feedback from patients post consultation? If so, what process have you used? We use Google Apps & have a form made up which is emailed to patients post certain visits so it is a very manual process. I know it's not integrated into Frontdesk (CliniqApps seem to have it) but seeing if others have a way of making this all work.

Hi Mark, we have been wondering about this too - Timothy (happy new year by the way), do you have plans to integrate NPS into Frontdesk?
