New and Improved Mobile Patient Booking Gateway Experience

We’re excited to announce the latest update for the Patient Booking Gateway which focuses on user experience enhancements and speed improvements for patients booking online.

  • Completely redesigned mobile booking process to make it even easier for patients to book their appointments online.
  • Existing patients logged into their account can book subsequent appointments in seconds with a new auto-select feature based on their last appointment or practice defaults.
  • After selecting appointment options, patients will be shown the next 3 available appointments in your default search period. If these next available appointments aren’t suitable, the patient can select specific times to search for availability.
  • Improvements to the search algorithm to speed up delivery of appointment options to patients.


To roll-out these new features to your patients, users can login here to download Front Desk 16.9.14 and Patient Booking Gateway 5.0.2.
