Is it possible to make it so appointments booked via health engine can have a different colour so they are easy to differentiate on the diary? At this stage we have been told it's not possible.

Hi Kristy. You will need to refer this to Health Engine as we have not been involved in their integration with Front Desk.

Bookings made through the Front Desk Patient Booking Gateway do appear with a globe to indicate they were made online.
