Is there a way of changing which patient file is linked to a login. Somehow one of our patients has had her login linked to her business (also on our system as a biller) so that when she books in online it doesnt come up on the diary as her but instead her business.
Hi Adam. All linked patients for online booking purposes are listed in: Appointments > Patient Booking Gateway > Linked Patients
You can add and remove linked patients from the parent file in Front Desk. I would suggest in this case that you remove the business patient file from the main file which will allow the patient to book only as an individual.
