I've just been advised that main computer must remain on at all times for online bookings to be accessed. We've had the online system for quite some time and have never been told this before. Can someone confirm this
The Patient Booking Gateway software runs on a PC at your office with the advantage being that your data remains in your practice, without the need to be stored in the cloud. For the Gateway to be able to offer appointments to your patients, the PC running the Gateway software must be online.
