Online bookings with iPhones - recurring problems

We have a recurring issue regarding online bookings on iPhone's. A number of patients have trouble using the system and it apparently is due to a cookie issue. Is it possible to remedy this and if not can there  be a notification asking that they clear their cookies before using the system?

We have addressed some bugs related to embedded site setups in Patient Booking Gateway version 6.0.5, including some fixes for embedded site handling on iPhone.
