Could you develop the ability to create separate to do lists for each practitioner please? At present, we only seem to be able to add things in the reminders/notes section for all to see which takes time to go through to find your own tasks to work on.
Thanks

Thanks for posting your idea.

We are currently developing a 'To-Do / Task List' which can be managed per user, which should suit your needs nicely. We are expecting to have this functionality ready for release later this year.

This will be a great addition.  Will it allow for the addition of items to other users list or will we only have access to our own?

A great addition to the programme!  We use Wunderlist as a app separately to Frontdesk for this functionality.  Will really minimise Email correspondence across the business

Please note that Wunderlist is web-based. All information is stored in the cloud overseas.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled To-do list.

How do we create a "to-do list" for a practitioner?

We would like a reminder each day of the tasks that need to be done, and would like to set up automation for some tasks - such as a follow-up phone call for a new patient, or creating a letter of a new EPC referral, or a letter when the last EPC session has been used, etc.

Is there a way to display this on the practitioners appointment book, while making it available for viewing by administration or reception staff? Perhaps even an automated email to the practitioner & admin of outstanding items?

Hi Rudi. I have merged your idea with this existing Community post. While our focus has since been on other development priorities, we have previously confirmed that we will introduce enhanced reminder and task allocation tools in the future.
