Patient appointment numbers per practitioner

I want to know how many appointments a patient has been seen by a certain practitioner. Is there a report I can access to tell me?
I don't want to have active a treatment plan for each and every client we treat, as this is the only way I can figure out to do it.
Any advice would be great.

I am guessing this is easy Brett, although I can't think how to do this off the top of my head. Certainly with an SQL-based database reports like this may not be hard to pull off.

Hi Brett

Welcome to the Community.

The Billings Report filtered 'by patient', although based on transactions rather than appointments, is probably the closest report to what you're looking for.

This report can be filtered to an individual practitioner, and will list each patient and the transactions they've had within the selected period. In most cases a transaction entry would also represent an appointment on that day.

In the example above you can see that 'Nathanial' has had five transactions in this period.

Alternatively, we can convert your post into an Idea if you would like to make this a suggestion for the software. If you would like to make this a suggestion, any additional details on exactly what you would like included would be appreciated.

Hi Brett,

If you look at the left hand side of the appointment book there are all the buttons on the side down the bottom - look for reports and utilities. In this menu there is a report called appointments report. Have a look at this one and I think it will give you the information you want :) billings report is good but it will also not show up if a patients has come in more than once in the report period
